Day 1: Insanity Fit Test Results

Yesterday was day 1 of Insanity which happened to be a fit test. I was to preform 8 different exercises for one minute and record how many reps I could do in that minute.

Here are my results from Fit Test #1:

Switch Kicks: 45

Power Jacks: 41

Power Knees: 64

Power Jumps: 30

Globe Jumps: 7

Suicide Jumps: 17

Push-Up Jacks: 21

Low Plank Oblique: 31
